3. Return Process

4. Refund or Replacement

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, you can choose between a full refund or a replacement product, according to your preference. The refund will be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 30 business days to reflect in your account.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the reason for the return is due to an error on AxeHouseCraft's part (defective product, incorrect item, etc.).

6. Return Deadline

You must request the return within 7 days of receiving the product. After approval, you will have an additional 14 days to send the product back.
